The Making Metal Jewelry book caught my eye--so many possibilities! You may want to add Fold Forming by Charles Lewton-Brain. There is a good demo from Rio Grande on youtube at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yUlCNoNAqsI&feature=related showing one fold form technique, but the book is visually delicious!
